Hello, I'm Gaurav Ingale, Mechatronics, and Mechanical Engineer based in Pune, India.
From a young age, I’ve always obsessed with how things work and I like to fix things which lead me to choose Mechanical Engineering for my graduation. In the spring of 2016, I visited the Volkswagen Plant in Pune, India where I got my domain in which I will fit exactly and that is Robotics and Industrial Automation. So to put on some extra knowledge about robots I ended up with KUKA Certification in Robot Programming and Post Graduate Diploma in Mechatronics. The beauty of nature always fascinated me so to store my memories in my point of view Photography, Trekking and Travelling became my hobbies. I believe in learning by doing. So I am looking for the opportunity to utilize my knowledge and upgrade me and my company to become a skillful person.

DESIGN OF AUTOMATIC COOLING AND LUBRICATION MACHINE FOR FORGING MACHINE
The objective of the project was to automate the current manual lubrication and cooling of upsetting forging machine. This was an industry-sponsored project by EMMBROS Automotives Pvt. Ltd. I have done a component selection according to the requirements of the company and designed the machine using SOLIDWORKS.
PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT OF UNDERWATER GLIDER
I was responsible for designing and 3D modeling of components of the glider and also played a key role in the programming of a microcontroller. I assisted team members during prototype manufacturing.
